We’re Clarke Property Services, a family-run property maintenance and service company based in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. We have a combined 30+ years experience specialising in property maintenance and refurbishment, home repairs, security and call-outs, as well as general decorating, plumbing, joinery, fencing, plastering, damp repairs and all manner of external works, including gardening. We also work with landlords on HMO (house in multiple occupation) and commercial property refurbishment and maintenance.

We’re based in Doncaster, South Yorkshire but cover the whole of Yorkshire as well as Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. This includes Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley, Scunthorpe, Worksop, Wakefield, Hull, Leeds and surrounding areas. No job is too big or too small for Clarke Property Services – we’re equally at home fitting a new door as we are building a full extension.
