We’ve been working on a huge project in Doncaster, converting a 3-bedroom semi-detached house into a 5-bedroom HMO (House in Multiple Occupation), featuring a brand-new extension to the property which has become the lounge area. Each bedroom has its own ensuite, and the entire property has been rewired to HMO specifications, with a brand-new gas boiler installed for good measure.
This has been a mammoth undertaking for our small business, and a job that we’re really proud of. Over the next few weeks, we’ll showcase different aspects of the project, from start to finish.
To start with, we brought the building back to bare-bones, removing plaster and woodwork ready for the new layout to take shape.
