We’re really excited to share with you the finished HMO (House in Multiple Occupation) Conversion Project in Doncaster, which we’ve been so busy with over the past few months.
The house in Woodlands has been completely transformed from a 3-bedroom semi to a 5-bedroom HMO, complete with a brand-new extension to the rear. We created a new bathroom from scratch in each of the 5 bedrooms, and a brand-new living area in the extension.
The property has been completely rewired to strict HMO specifications, and a brand-new gas boiler has been installed and certified.
The property is completely unrecognisable from what we started with, and we’re really proud of the end result.
