We’ve recently completed a full property refurbishment, including the living areas and bedrooms, at a landlord’s request in Doncaster, South Yorkshire.
The specifications for the project were that it had to be done quickly (we had a one-week turnaround) and it had to be done on a budget. As always at Clarke Property Services, we love a good challenge and got straight to work!
After completely revamping the kitchen by replacing the kitchen sink and taps and retiling the splashback, and the bathroom where we stripped out the old suite and installed new models, before decorating each room, we got to work on the remaining rooms in the house – the living areas and bedrooms. Here, we carpeted the bedrooms and stairs, and decorated each room as required to ensure the house was ready for the next tenants to move in.
