Last month we told you about the start of a kitchen renovation in Balby, where we had removed the old units and artex from the kitchen before applying a fresh skim coat of plaster, ready for the kitchen installation and decoration. We’re thrilled to share with you the finished room!
We’ve now fitted the brand new kitchen units and worktops, plumbing and decorated to finish. We’re sure you’ll agree the results are stunning!

We’re Clarke Property Services, a family-run property maintenance and service company based in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. We have a combined 30+ years experience specialising in property maintenance and refurbishment, home repairs, security and call-outs, as well as general decorating, plumbing, joinery, fencing, plastering, damp repairs and all manner of external works, including gardening. We also work with landlords on HMO (house in multiple occupation) and commercial property refurbishment and maintenance.
We’re based in Doncaster, South Yorkshire but cover the whole of Yorkshire as well as Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
